Proceeds will fund grants for the Westhill Central School District to enhance and extend curriculum and learning experiences. \nDetails can be seen in our mulch fundraiser flyer below. \n \nMulch_Flyer_FullForm_2024 \nThere are two options for placing your order: \n\nFor credit card purchases please use our secure link: https://westhill-educational-foundation.square.site/\nTo pay by check use our Google Form: https://tinyurl.com/WesthillFoundationMulchForm\n\nThere are three styles to choose from and each bag contains 2 cubic feet of  high quality mulch which is enough to place mulch 3 inches deep and cover 8 square feet of ground. All orders and payments need to be received by May 1st. Pick up will take place at St. Ann’s parking lot on Friday\, May 17th from 4-7pm. (Or you can choose delivery for an additional fee if you live in our delivery area of Fairmount\, Onondaga Hill\, Solvay\, Split Rock\, Taunton. Westvale\, and Winkworth). \nChecks are payable to Westhill Educational Foundation and sent to P.O. Box 15073 Syracuse\, NY\, 13215 (if the name on the check differs from what’s on the order form\, please include a note with your check to clarify. SUMMARY:2023 Chip In For Education Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:In 2020 the Westhill Educational Foundation had hopes of celebrating the Westhill Central School District’s 60th anniversary. Unfortunately\, COVID and the pandemic forced us to put a pin in those plans. But this milestone truly deserves to be commemorated\, so this year we are holding Westhill’s 60–ish Anniversary Celebration! Our Chip In For Education fundraiser will take place on April 15\, 2023 at St. Ann’s. \n \nThis is an adult only event. All admission tickets will be electronic this year. Advance ticket sales will end at 5pm on Friday\, April 14th. We will have a list of names for people to check in at the door. \nPayments for your tickets can be made by PayPal\, Venmo or by check. (No matter how you choose to pay\, please include “Chip In” in the memo line and the name(s) of the people the tickets are for in case it does not match your account name.)
